Unable to Open or View Attachment From BlackBerry Curve 9300

From Blackberry Curve attachment failed to open or view. It’s showing error “This attachment type can not be viewed on your device” or “Not restore full…”

To avoid this error and open\view the attachments follow below steps

1. Go to Manu (Open Tray)

2. Press Message (E-mail message)

3. Click blackberry tab then go to option (Message Option)

4. Press Inbox management

5. Uncheck Desktop (Remove tick mark from Desktop)

5. Then Save

It’s work for me to open and view any attachment from Blackberry Curve 9300 . I hope it will also work for everyone.

How to activate Balcberry mail service without Wipedout HandHeld

If mail stop working in Blackberry

1. Go to Option

2. Then Advance

3. Service Book

4. Delete Desktop Synchoronization Desk(Synk)

5. Then Enterprise Activation

6. Write e-mail address and Activation password

7. Select activate

BlackBerry HandHeld Mail Configuration for BlackBerry Enterprise Server

This is for New Installation or  mails stop working in BlackBerry for BEServer.

1. For new or existing user using Wipedout

a. Go to option

b. Then Security option

c. General Setting

d. Wiped HandHeld

e. Tunr wireless on then wait till EDGE come

f. Set Date and Time from option

2. Make a new user in BlackBerry Enterpriser Server By using BlackBerry Manager.

a. Open BlackBerry Manager

b. Select BBServer Right Click then add User (For new account).

C. Delete existing user and recreate user (For existing user)

d. User Ad from Global Address Book

e. Click right button on user then set activation password.

3. BlackBerry HandHeld Configuration

a. Go to Option

b. Then Click Advance option

c. Select Activated account

d. Then write your e-mail address and activation password the press activate

After 100% completation of activation process send a test mail from blackberry to check its working properly or not

4. Seperate Message and Mail

a. Go to Message

b. Option

c. Go to change option

d. Set Seperate

How to verify that the BlackBerry Enterprise Server administration account can access user Mailboxes (IEMSTest.exe)

Run the IEMSTest.exe file

1. Log in Black Berry Enterprise Server with the BlackBerry Server Administrative account

2. In command prompt type cd C:\Programs Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Utility

3. Then Type IEMSTest.exe then Press ENTER.

4. At the choose Profile prompt, select the Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) profile that points to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Adiministrator mailbox, then click OK.

5. At the select Mailbox prompt, highlight the mailbox, Click Select, and Click OK.
